The hard-working visionaries behind this 60-year old family business, had plans to retire in a few years—leaving it in the capable, caring hands of their son, the next generation. Importance to Gayler was in creating a marketing foundation that would sustain their business for years to come.
As a result, iMarc started working with Gayler Construction in 2015 to position and rebrand their company. Upon pinpointing their unique differentiation, we implemented a successful name change and aligned their marketing messaging with sales and operations.
After one year, the Danville, CA-based design-build firm improved lead volume and lead quality, and increased revenue each year from $2.5 million to $4.5 million by 2019. We have since integrated a new remodeling industry-friendly CRM system to better manage sales, leads, and client relationships. We continue to work collaboratively together to measure and analyze results, make calculated adjustments, and grow Gayler Design Build thoughtfully and intentionally.
